Our luxury wedding stationery services offer a range of beautiful, timeless solutions from the save the dates to thank you notes.
Every client’s needs are different. Therefore we offer both a custom and semi-custom wedding stationery experience that we design, print and hand-assemble in our studio, to ensure every detail is perfect!
Custom wedding stationery allows us the opportunity to work closely together with you to capture your personal style and create truly memorable stationery for your special day. We like to ensure the highest level of customer service. For this reason, we can only accept a limited number of custom clients.
What to expect and plan for
THE CUSTOM PROCESS
Consultation
After you enquire we’ll have a quick chat (over email, the phone, via Google Hangout or in person) to chat about your event and vision. This would include discussing your requirements, the quantities, paper types and printing methods, samples, the budget you have in mind and more. Inspiration images or Pinterest boards are always helpful here.
We are a boutique stationery and print studio that handcrafts each piece of your special day's stationery from our Johannesburg studio.
Quote
We will then follow up with a custom quotation and if required a style board that captures your special occasion’s look and feel creating a unique identity.
Your ‘identity’ will not only serve as a launch point for your custom luxury stationery but will also be used throughout the entire planning process right up until the ‘on the day’ stationery, to ensure your style remains cohesive and consistent.
We require a 50% deposit to secure your date and materials and to start the design process.
Design & Production
We will start by creating the digital version of your stationery. As the work we do is custom we will work with you, to ensure every detail is addressed and handled with perfection. Two rounds of feedback and refining are included in all custom stationery work. Should you require further changes an additional fee may be added on an hourly basis.
Once the digital proofs are approved the remaining 50% payment is required to finalise the design and start the printing and production process.
Due to the nature of our business, Custom wedding stationery lead times are based on complexity, quantity, print and production methods. Our goal is always to get your order to you as soon as possible.
