a) Returns will only be accepted if the item(s) is still in its original unopened packaging.
b) Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
c) Refunds are dealt with on a case-by-case basis and are generally processed within 7 working days.
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. However, no customised items will be accepted for return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@flaneurdesigns.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

b) If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
c) Should the product be defective or in the event that the incorrect product was delivered to you, we will cover all courier costs for such collection.
d) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
3. EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
a) Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. ITEM IS NOT WHAT I ORDERED?
a) Follow the procedure outlined in 1.a and 2.a above, and we will assist in sorting this out by confirming that the item received was incorrect and sending the correct item out to you.
5. WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM IS DEFECTIVE?
a) Follow the procedure outlined in 1a and 2a above, and we will assist in replacing your order, or refunding the purchase price, depending on the situation, which shall be assessed by Flaneur Designs.
